Google Maps
Put Your Business on Google Maps in 1–3 Days
Google Maps setup gets your business onto the map: a verified Business Profile with the right categories, photos, and NAP details, so nearby customers can find, call, and get directions to you. Setup, verification (1–3 days) and ongoing management of your Google Maps listing. One-time payment, results that stick.
Most agencies sell this only inside a monthly retainer. We do it as a one-time fee, from €49, no monthly commitment.
What we do
How does Google decide who shows up in Maps?
Google ranks local results on three signals: relevance, distance, and prominence. Distance is proximity to the searcher and it cannot be bought or optimized away. The other two are what a proper setup actually works on. This follows Google's own Improve your local ranking guidance, with no invented ranking weights.
How well your profile matches what people type. Correct primary and secondary categories, the services you list, and a clear description all feed relevance. This is core setup work.
How close your location is to the person searching. Nobody can change this or promise a fixed position for every searcher. An accurate, verified location is the most we can influence here.
How well known your business is: reviews, consistent NAP citations across the web, and overall web presence. We build a legitimate review process and clean up citation inconsistencies.
Put plainly: distance we cannot change, relevance and prominence are what we actually work on.
Why it works

Real Results
Anonymous case studies from local businesses we've helped.
Profile was unverified, 2 photos, zero reviews. We set up categories, 24 photos, verified the address in 2 days. Now they're in the local TOP-3.
Wrong business category, old phone number, no services listed. After optimization, profile impressions grew 9× in 6 weeks, without any ads.
We built a review collection process and trained the team. In 4 months, 47 reviews, 4.9★ average. Google Maps became their main lead source.
Anonymized examples from internal client data. Individual results vary by niche, market, and how competitive your area is. These are not a promise of specific numbers for your business.

Your options, honestly
DIY vs AI auto-tool vs monthly agency vs one-time setup
Four honest ways to get on Google Maps. DIY is genuinely free, but verification rejections and wrong categories are the most common stall points. AI auto-tools charge monthly and their auto-posts can drift into Business Profile policy violations. Typical agencies fold the setup into open-ended retainers.
| DIY yourself | AI auto-tool | Monthly agency | CyberLab | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Free (your time) | Monthly subscription | Open-ended retainer | One-time fee |
| Ownership of the profile | Yours | Often tool-linked | Sometimes agency-held | Always yours |
| Verification help | On your own | Automated, limited | Usually | Yes, video-first, no letter |
| Fake-review policy | Up to you | Varies | Varies | Never; legitimate collection only |
| Languages | Your own | Usually English | 1 to 2 typical | 4 (EN, UK, RU, PL) |
| Lock-in | None | Cancel to stop | Contract term | None, one-time |
Model categories only, not specific competitors. Each option has a real advantage; the DIY path is genuinely free if you have the time.
Ownership and access
You remain the Primary Owner of the profile from day one. We work through a Manager invite, never your password, and everything we do sits inside your own Google account. When the setup is done, the handover is clean, with no downtime in your reviews, ranking, or data. We are EU-registered (CyberLab.Team OÜ, Estonia) and operate under GDPR; a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
A note on AI search: Google's AI features answer many "near me" questions using Business Profile data, so a complete, verified listing feeds both the map pack and those AI answers. We cannot promise a place in any AI answer, and no one honestly can. Getting the listing right is the foundation. If you want to work on AI visibility more broadly, see our AI visibility service.

What is not included
This page owns the pin, the listing, verification, and photo hygiene. A few things sit deliberately outside it, and we route them to the right place rather than blur the scope.
We never buy, post, or trade reviews. Fake reviews violate Google policy and are a leading cause of suspension. We set up a legitimate collection process instead.
Weekly posts, messaging, bookings, and Q&A over time are a separate service. See Google Business Profile.
Diagnosing NAP citations, location pages, and local schema on your website is a one-time diagnostic. See the Local SEO Audit.
What does this look like in practice?
A typical starting point is a business that either has no listing or an unverified, half-filled one: wrong primary category, an old phone number, two blurry photos, and no reviews. We start with the free preliminary check, then set the correct primary and secondary categories, rewrite the description around what people actually search, and add a proper set of owner photos. We handle verification through the video-first path so there is no waiting on a postcard. Where user-uploaded photos break Google's policies, we flag them. Once the profile is verified and complete, the owner keeps full control and can either manage it themselves or ask us to. What changes afterward depends on the local market, so we describe it plainly rather than promising a number.
Anonymized example of our process, not a promise of results.
