SEO Audit

Find What's Costing You Rankings, and Fix It

An SEO Audit is a one-time combined review of your website, Google Ads and Google Business Profile, so you get one prioritized fix list across all three channels. Want to make sure your site is working at 100% and you're not losing customers?

Problems we solve

Increase inquiries and phone calls
Grow sales from your website
Reduce ad campaign costs
Attract more targeted visitors
Rank in top positions on Google
Reduce seasonal sales fluctuations

Recognize yourself?

These are real problems our clients come to us with. If even one sounds familiar — an audit will show what to fix.

Your site doesn't show up in Google, even though it exists
You built a website, but customers only come through direct links or ads. Google simply doesn't show your site to people searching for your services. The reason is usually technical: blocked indexing, missing canonical, broken sitemap or thin content on key pages.
Your site was in the TOP, but rankings dropped
Google constantly changes algorithms. What worked a year ago may be dragging you down today. An audit finds exactly what changed and how to restore positions.
Your site loads slowly and customers leave
A large share of mobile visitors abandon pages that take more than a few seconds to load, and Google ranks slow sites lower. An audit identifies exactly what's slowing things down.
You invested in SEO but see no results
Your contractor has been "optimizing" for six months, but traffic isn't growing. An independent audit reveals whether the problem is in strategy, technical setup, or the contractor.
You're planning a site migration or redesign
Domain migration or major redesign without an SEO audit = guaranteed loss of rankings. An audit before migration preserves your site's accumulated authority.
Competitors outrank you in search
You know your product is better, but competitors rank higher in Google. An audit shows what they do better across technical setup, content depth and backlink profile, and how to close each gap.
Your site got hit by search engine penalties
A sudden traffic drop may mean Google penalties for rule violations (often unintentional). An audit identifies the penalty type and creates a recovery plan.
You don't know where to start with SEO
You have a new site or have never done search optimization. An audit is the first step: it shows the full picture and ranks fixes by what moves traffic the most for the least effort.

Why one combined audit instead of three separate ones?

Most of the expensive problems we find live between the channels, where an SEO-only or Ads-only review never looks.

Overlapping spend

Ad budget often goes to queries where your site already ranks well organically. The Ads report and the SEO report each look fine on their own; only a view across both channels catches the overlap.

Inconsistent business data

When your website, Google Business Profile and ad extensions show different names, addresses or offers, both Google and customers get confused. We check that the same facts appear everywhere.

One roadmap, one accountable party

Three vendors produce three to-do lists that contradict each other. You get one prioritized roadmap across SEO, Ads and GMB, at one price, from one team that answers for all of it.

Only need the SEO side? Our SEO Site Audit covers that on its own. This audit exists for businesses where search, ads and the local profile have to work together.

What each block of the audit covers

SEO block

  • Indexing and crawlability
  • Page speed and mobile version
  • Meta tags and content
  • Backlink profile
  • Competitor comparison

Ads block

  • Account and campaign structure
  • Wasted spend and overlapping keywords
  • Conversion tracking and analytics setup
  • Google Ads plus Facebook and Instagram Ads

GMB block

  • Profile completeness
  • Categories and attributes
  • Review signals
  • Local visibility in Maps and the local pack

Need hands-on work inside the profile itself, not just a diagnosis? That is our Google Business Profile service.

How CyberLab compares to alternatives

Provider Price Turnaround
CyberLab ✓ €199–750 5–10 days
Digital Agency €1,500–5,000 4–8 weeks
Freelancer €50–300 No guarantee

Agency and freelancer figures are typical market ranges for a comparable scope, not quotes from specific providers. CyberLab prices are the fixed packages above.

The audit typically uncovers 3–10× the cost in recoverable spend or missed traffic. Most clients cover the cost within the first month.

10 Actionable Issues — Guaranteed

If we don't find 10 specific, fixable SEO issues — full refund, no questions asked.

What you get in hand

Every package ends in the same set of deliverables; the tiers differ in how deep the scope goes.

Written report

Typically 50 to 90 pages in four blocks: technical SEO, content, ad accounts, and Google Business Profile. Each finding comes with screenshots and the reasoning behind it.

Prioritized checklist and call

Fixes ranked critical, important and nice-to-have, written so any developer or PPC specialist can execute them without us. A 30-minute walkthrough call sets the priorities together.

Sample before you pay

A redacted sample report from a past combined audit is available on request, so you can judge the depth and clarity before committing. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days.

One audit, one price, no strings attached

The audit is a one-time purchase, not a retainer. A free preliminary check confirms the fit before you pay, and if we do not find 10 specific fixable issues you get a full refund. The report is written so your own team or any contractor can implement it; hiring us afterwards is optional.

Who conducts your audit?

Senior specialists, not tools

Your audit is done by 1 or 2 senior specialists, not juniors and not an automated report generator. The team holds Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping), Google Analytics IQ and Facebook Ads certifications, and has worked as a Google Partner since 2015.

Access and languages

Access is read-only via email invite, limited to the specialists on your audit, and you revoke it in one click after delivery. Audits are delivered in English, Ukrainian, Polish or Russian by the same team. CyberLab.Team OÜ is EU-registered in Tallinn and works under GDPR; a DPA is available on request.

What does this look like in practice?

A services company came to the audit after running Google Ads for years while an outside contractor handled SEO. Leads arrived, but nobody could say which channel produced them, and the two vendors gave conflicting advice. The audit showed that part of the ad budget was bidding on queries where the site already ranked near the top organically, that conversion tracking counted the same inquiry in both channels, and that the Google Business Profile carried an old address that contradicted the ad extensions.

The report put fixes from all three channels into one ranked list. The client's own team reallocated the overlapping spend, corrected the tracking, and aligned the profile data. Within weeks the reporting finally matched reality, and budget decisions stopped being guesswork.

Anonymized example of our process. Not a promise of results.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an SEO audit and what will it give me? +
An SEO audit is a comprehensive review of your site against Google's criteria: technical health, content, backlink profile, speed, mobile version. You receive a report with specific issues and a step-by-step action plan — what to fix, in what order, and what results to expect. We've been conducting audits since 2015, checking 100+ parameters.
Why one combined audit instead of separate SEO, Ads and GMB audits? +
Because the most expensive problems sit between the channels: ad budget spent on queries you already rank for organically, tracking that miscounts conversions for every channel at once, and business data that differs between the site, the profile and the ad extensions. A combined audit catches those and gives you one prioritized roadmap at one price instead of three conflicting to-do lists. If organic search is your only concern, our SEO Site Audit is the better fit: it is SEO-only and goes deeper on crawlability, Core Web Vitals and backlinks.
How much does an SEO audit cost? +
Starting from €199. The price depends on site size: a small business site with 10–50 pages is one price, an e-commerce store with 5,000+ products is another. We provide an exact quote after a preliminary analysis within 24 hours. The audit typically pays for itself: fixing even part of the issues found usually improves organic traffic and cuts wasted ad spend, though the size of the gain depends on your niche and starting point.
Which package should I choose? +
Start fits landing pages and corporate sites that are not running much advertising. Expert makes sense when competitors and backlinks matter to you, or you run Google Ads seriously. Professional is for e-commerce stores and portals over 150 pages with multi-channel advertising. If you are unsure, the free preliminary check confirms the fit before any payment.
How long does the audit take? +
5–10 business days depending on site size. Small sites (under 100 pages) are typically completed within 5 days, while large portals with thousands of pages may require the full 10 days. You'll receive a detailed report plus a 30-minute video call to walk through results, discuss priorities, and answer any questions about implementation.
What do you check? +
Four blocks: (1) Technical — page speed, mobile version, indexing, redirects, canonical, robots.txt, XML sitemap; (2) Content — meta tags, headings, uniqueness, semantic core; (3) Backlinks — backlink profile, internal linking, toxic links; (4) Competitors — what niche leaders do and where your growth opportunities are.
I have a new site. Does an audit make sense? +
Yes — a new site is actually the cheapest moment to audit. Fewer pages and issues to analyze, and you lay the right SEO foundation from day one. Fixing site architecture, URL structure and internal linking before Google indexes everything is far cheaper than reworking it after a few hundred pages are already in the index.
How is your audit different from free tools like Screaming Frog? +
Tools find technical errors — broken links, duplicates, empty tags — but they can't read business context. Are you targeting the right keywords? Is the URL structure right for your niche? What are competitors doing that you aren't? That's the layer a specialist with 10+ years of audit experience adds on top of the tool output.
Can I implement the recommendations myself? +
Yes. We provide clear technical specifications that your developer can execute. If you don't have a developer — we can implement ourselves or connect you with partners. Each recommendation is described with priority (critical / important / nice-to-have) and expected impact.
How quickly will I see results after the audit? +
Depends on the scale of issues. Quick fixes (meta tags, canonical, redirects) show results in 2–4 weeks. Content changes — in 1–3 months. Strategic improvements — in 3–6 months. We prioritize: first what gives maximum impact with minimum effort.
I have an SEO contractor. Why do I need another audit? +
An independent audit is a quality check on your contractor's work — same role a financial auditor plays for your accountant. You get an objective view: what's done well, what's missed, where there's growth potential.
Do you work with e-commerce stores? +
Yes. E-commerce has its own specific SEO challenges: product and category page optimization, filter and faceted navigation handling, pagination, URL parameter duplicates, canonical tags for product variants, and structured data for products. We audit all typical e-commerce SEO issues and provide recommendations tailored to your platform — whether it's Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or a custom CMS.
What do you need from me to get started? +
Guest access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. This is the standard set for any SEO audit. If you have CMS access — even better, but it's not required at the audit stage.
Can I see a sample report before paying? +
Yes. We send a redacted 15-page PDF sample from a past combined SEO+Ads+GMB audit (client name removed, domain blurred) so you can evaluate depth, structure, and clarity before committing. The full report is typically 50–90 pages plus a prioritized action checklist you can hand to any developer or marketer.
Does the audit cover AI search, like ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews? +
No. This audit covers classic Google Search, Google Ads and Google My Business. Visibility in AI answers is a separate methodology with its own checks, so we offer it separately: the AI SEO service for Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, and the AI Visibility Audit for assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
What is NOT included in the SEO Audit? +
We do not write content, build backlinks, rebuild ad campaigns, or execute technical fixes inside the audit price — those are separate deliverables. We also do not cover LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or email marketing. The audit is diagnosis and a roadmap across SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google My Business, not implementation.
My business is local. Do I need this audit or your Google My Business service? +
This audit diagnoses your Google Business Profile as one of four blocks, alongside the website, analytics and ad accounts, so you see how the profile performs in context. If the profile itself is your only concern, the dedicated Google My Business service (from €49) is cheaper and hands-on: we work inside the profile instead of writing a diagnosis of it.
Can you audit a site in Polish, Ukrainian, or Russian? +
Yes. The team works natively in English, Ukrainian, Polish and Russian, so we audit content, keywords and ads in each language directly rather than through translation. This matters for Polish businesses and for Ukrainian or Russian-speaking owners running companies in the EU: both the report and the walkthrough call are delivered in your language.
Do I have to hire you for implementation afterwards? +
No obligation whatsoever. About 40% of our audit clients implement with their in-house team or existing contractors. The report is written so any competent developer or PPC specialist can execute it without us. If you want our team to implement, we quote separately based on the fix list.
How do you handle access to Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook? +
We request read-only access via email invite — we never ask for passwords. Access is limited to the 1–2 specialists on your audit. After delivery you revoke access with one click. We are EU-registered (CyberLab.Team OÜ, Estonia) and operate under GDPR; a DPA is available on request. Your data is never shared or reused outside your audit.
