What is inside your monthly report

You should always know what your money did last month. The report is written to be read, not to hide behind dashboard exports.

The numbers that matter

Spend, conversions and cost per lead, shown against the previous month so the trend is clear.

What we actually changed

Search terms excluded, ads tested, bids and budgets adjusted. The specific work, not a summary.

Next month in plain language

The plan for the coming weeks, written so you can question it on the review call.

Recognize yourself?

These are real problems our clients come to us with. If at least one sounds familiar — we know how to solve it.

You spend on ads but get no calls or sales
Money is flowing out but customers aren't coming in. Usually the problem is in settings: wrong keywords, weak targeting, or ads shown to the wrong people.
Clicks are there but leads aren't coming
People click on ads but don't submit inquiries or call. The reason is a mismatch between the ad and landing page, or the ads attract the wrong audience.
Cost per lead grows every month
Yesterday a customer cost €5, today — €15. Without regular audits, campaigns "age": competition grows, bids rise, but settings stay old.
You're not sure your contractor is doing a good job
Your agency or freelancer sends monthly reports, but you can't tell whether the numbers are normal for your niche or whether someone else could double them. An independent audit benchmarks both.
You launched ads yourself and aren't sure everything is right
Google Ads is a complex platform with hundreds of settings. One mistake in keyword match type or missing negative keywords can waste 30–50% of your budget.
No conversion tracking — you don't know what works
If Google Ads doesn't know which clicks lead to sales, it can't optimize campaigns. It's like running a business without accounting.
Small budget and every euro counts
For small business, the ad budget is limited. An audit finds where you're losing money and redirects the budget to what actually brings customers.
Facebook/Instagram ads aren't delivering results
Campaigns are running, money is being spent, but there are no leads. Usually the problem is in audiences, creatives, or the wrong funnel.

Where your money goes: our fee vs your ad budget

The most common question before signing up. Here is the plain answer.

The package price is our fee only

It covers our management work. Your ad budget is separate and is paid by you directly to Google from your own billing profile.

We never take a percentage

Our fee does not grow just because your budget does. The number you see in the package is the number you pay us.

We agree a realistic budget first

At kickoff we settle on an ad budget that fits your niche, so the management fee makes economic sense from the start.

How different agency fee models compare
Flat monthly fee (us) Percentage of ad spend Fee plus percentage hybrid
How the fee is calculated Fixed per package, known in advance A cut of whatever you spend Base fee plus a cut on top
When your budget grows The fee stays the same The fee rises with your spend The percentage portion rises
Incentive alignment Paid to improve results, not to spend more Rewarded when you spend more Partly rewarded when you spend more

Your account stays yours

  • The Google Ads account, the conversion tracking and every campaign we build belong to you from day one.
  • Access is via MCC guest linking, with no password sharing, under GDPR as an EU-registered company (CyberLab.Team OÜ).
  • You can leave on 30-day notice. Everything is handed over in working order, and we can brief your next agency.

What to expect

Your first 90 days with us

A realistic picture of the early weeks. This is how the work is sequenced, not a promise of specific outcomes.

1

Weeks 1 to 2

Access via MCC guest linking, a full conversion-tracking check with fixes, and a plan for the account structure.

2

Weeks 2 to 4

We launch or rebuild the campaigns. They usually go live 3 to 7 days after we have access and working tracking.

3

Months 2 to 3

Weekly optimisation cycles, search-term cleanups, and the first structured review of what is worth scaling.

What does this look like in practice?

A service business came to us already running Search ads but unsure why the spend was climbing while the phone stayed quiet. The first thing we found was that conversion tracking counted every button click, including people who never actually called, so Google was optimising toward the wrong signal. We fixed the tracking, then cleaned out a long list of broad search terms that were pulling in searches for free or unrelated services. We tightened match types, split the campaigns by the services that actually made money, and set up a weekly search-term review so waste could not build up again quietly. Over the following weeks the cost per genuine enquiry settled down and the reporting finally reflected real leads rather than clicks.

Anonymized example of our process, not a promise of results.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is monthly management different from a one-time Ads Audit? +
Different unit of purchase. The Ads Audit is a one-time review that finds where your budget leaks and hands you a written plan. Monthly management is the ongoing work: we run and optimise the campaigns week after week, exclude wasteful search terms, test ads, and report each month. Many clients start with the audit, then move to management once they see what needs fixing. See the one-time review on Ads Audit at /services/ads-audit/.
Do you charge a percentage of my ad spend? +
No. You pay a flat monthly fee for your package, and nothing more from us as your budget grows. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google from your own billing profile, so it never passes through us and our fee stays the same whether you spend €500 or €5,000 a month. This keeps our incentive on results, not on inflating your spend.
What is the minimum ad budget that makes monthly management worth it? +
There is no hard minimum, but the math matters. At a very low ad budget the flat management fee weighs proportionally more, so at kickoff we agree a realistic budget for your niche. If the numbers do not make sense yet, we will say so plainly and may suggest a one-time audit as the smarter first step instead.
Can you take over an existing Google Ads account, or only build from scratch? +
We do both. When you already have an account we take it over and start with a review, so campaign history and machine-learning data are preserved rather than reset. We do not rebuild what already works, we fix what does not. If you have no account yet, we create, structure and launch it for you.
Do you manage Performance Max and Shopping campaigns? +
Yes, within the Professional and Enterprise packages, and only where your conversion tracking is clean enough to support them. Deeper e-commerce work, product feeds, Merchant Center and Shopping strategy for online shops is handled by our dedicated service at /services/google-ads-ecommerce/.
What happens in the first month after I sign up? +
A clear sequence: you invite our MCC and we get guest access, we check and fix conversion tracking, we plan the account structure, and campaigns typically go live 3 to 7 days after access. You get your first report at the end of the month with what we changed and what we plan next. This is expectation-setting, not a performance promise.
What is an ads audit and why do I need one? +
An audit is a detailed review of your ad campaigns in Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads. We analyze account structure, keywords, ads, targeting, conversions, and budgets. The goal is to find where you're losing money and how to get more customers with the same budget. We've audited 1,000+ ad accounts since 2015.
How much does an audit cost? +
Ads audit starts from €199. The price depends on the number of campaigns and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram). The audit typically pays for itself in the first month: we find 20–40% budget waste and provide a specific optimization plan.
How quickly will I get results? +
The audit is ready within 3–5 business days. You receive a detailed report with specific recommendations — what to fix first ("quick wins") and what to optimize long-term. After implementing recommendations, first improvements are visible within 2–4 weeks.
What if I need campaign setup from scratch, not an audit? +
We do both setup and audits. If you don't have an ad account — we'll create, configure, and launch campaigns. If you already have one — we start with an audit so you don't waste money redoing what already works.
Am I obligated to work with you after the audit? +
No. The audit is an independent review. You receive a report with recommendations and can implement them yourself, pass them to your contractor, or order implementation from us. No lock-in: clients stay because results, not because of a signed contract.
What do you check in Google Ads? +
39+ parameters across 4 blocks: (1) Campaign strategy — budgets, bids, schedule, geo; (2) Keywords — relevance, match types, negative keywords; (3) Ads — copy quality, extensions, A/B tests; (4) Conversions — tracking, attribution models, Analytics integration. Plus competitor analysis and growth opportunities.
What do you check in Facebook/Instagram Ads? +
We analyze campaign structure and naming conventions, audience segmentation (cold/warm/retargeting with lookalike and custom audiences), creative quality and fatigue indicators, the full conversion funnel from ad to landing page, Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking setup, ad frequency and overlap between ad sets, budget distribution across campaigns, and ad format effectiveness. We also review account-level settings like attribution windows and optimization goals.
I have a small budget (€300–500/mo). Is an audit worth it? +
A small budget is exactly when an audit pays back fastest. If you spend €500/mo and 30% leaks to waste, that's €150 a month, €1,800 a year. A €199 audit finds those leaks and redirects every euro to what actually converts.
How is your audit different from free automated tools? +
Automated tools check technical aspects: broken links, duplicates, basic settings. Our audit is done by a live specialist with Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile). We analyze business logic: is your advertising targeting customers ready to buy?
I have a contractor. Why do I need your audit? +
An independent audit is a second opinion on your contractor's work, not a competitor pitch. If they're doing well, you get confirmation in writing. If there are issues, you get them documented with specific examples and recommended fixes.
What do you need from me to get started? +
Just access to your ad accounts (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager). This is guest access — we don't change anything, only analyze. In 3–5 days you receive a report and we discuss results on a video call.
Do you guarantee a specific ROAS or ROI? +
No ethical agency guarantees a fixed ROAS — it depends on your margin, landing page conversion rate, market, and seasonality, most of which are outside our control. What we do commit to: a complete campaign rebuild inside 30 days, weekly optimisation, and transparent reporting. If the work in month 1 is not landing, you can walk away on 30 days notice — no lock-in.
Can I cancel after the first month? +
Yes. We work month-to-month with a 30-day notice and no long-term contracts or setup-fee clawbacks. You own the Google Ads account, the conversion tracking, and all campaign structures we build — nothing is locked to us. If you leave, we hand everything over in working order and can even brief your next agency.
How do you handle click fraud and wasted ad spend? +
Google's built-in Invalid Click Detection handles most automated click fraud automatically and credits invalid clicks back. On top of that we add manual placement exclusions for Display and PMax, IP exclusion lists, device/geo anomaly monitoring, and a weekly invalid-traffic review. Fraud never hits zero, but we typically cut wasted spend by 15–30% in the first 60 days.
How do you handle access to my Google Ads and conversion data? +
We use Google Ads MCC (My Client Center) linking — you invite our MCC ID and keep full ownership and billing on your side. No password sharing, ever. For GA4 and Merchant Center we use read/write access scoped only to the specialists on your account. We are EU-registered (CyberLab.Team OÜ) and operate under GDPR.
