What does this look like in practice?
A common starting point: a service business with steady word-of-mouth work but almost nothing coming in online. The Google Business Profile is half-filled, there is a tired website that Google barely shows, and an ad account that someone once set up and abandoned. Different people had touched each piece, so no one could say where customers actually came from.
We took access through manager invites without changing ownership, completed and cleaned up the profile, rebuilt the ad campaigns around the searches that match the work, and put basic call and form tracking in place so leads could finally be counted.
