AI visibility (also called GEO, AIEO, AEO, LLMO) is how often AI tools mention and recommend you in their answers to customers. We measure it, give direction and raise it systematically, without jargon and without promises of a "guaranteed spot".

We look at ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with the focus on Google and the global models. You get analysis and a plan from a person, not a login to a dashboard.

Which service do you need?

Why this matters right now

By OpenAI's own figures, around 800 million people were using ChatGPT every week as of October 2025. And the AI tools barely overlap in who they cite: a Profound analysis of 680 million citations found only about 11% of domains show up in both ChatGPT and Perplexity, so a high Google ranking doesn't carry over to AI on its own.

AI recommends competitors

A customer asks AI "who should I pick" and gets other brands. You're out of the running before they ever reach your site.

A noisy, opaque field

Plenty of "guaranteed placement" and conflicting advice. Without a sober measurement, it's easy to pay for something that does harm.

No clear place to start

GEO/AIEO/AEO/LLMO, the acronyms bury the point. You need a clear order of action and priorities.

What it gives you

  • A read on whether AI sees you and for which queries, from real answers, not guesswork.
  • Priorities: what moves you into the answers with the least effort.
  • An honest line: what you can do yourself for free, and where expertise is needed.
  • Durable growth without spam or "guarantees", with clear reporting.

How it differs from SEO

SEO

Ordinary search ranks pages and hands back a list of links.

AI visibility

An AI tool builds one answer and names specific brands and sources inside it.

SEO

SEO is largely about keywords and links.

AI visibility

AI visibility is about entity, authority and an answer structure that's easy to cite.

SEO

A high Google ranking is the goal in itself.

AI visibility

It doesn't carry over to ChatGPT automatically: the set of sources AI tools lean on differs noticeably from Google's results.

More in the audit and consulting.

How do we measure AI visibility?

The method is transparent: results are reproducible, you can run the same queries yourself.

Your queries
We test the real questions your customers ask, live across several AI tools.
5 metrics
Mention frequency, share of voice, sentiment, sources, depth.
Comparison
Who AI recommends instead of you, and on which sources they win.
Dated screenshots
Every finding is backed by a dated AI answer, so you can recheck it.

Where search is heading by 2027-2028

Three independent sources point the same way: traditional search is giving ground to AI answers, and that changes where businesses get their customers from.

What's happening now

Per Pew Research (July 2025, 68,879 searches in the US), when Google shows an AI answer, users click through to an ordinary link 8% of the time, versus 15% with no AI block. Only 1% follow a link inside the AI answer itself. The authors note the data covers the US market and shows a trend rather than proving cause and effect.

What companies are seeing

Bain & Company (February 2025) estimates that around 60% of search sessions now end without a click to an outside site. Organic traffic at a number of sites has already fallen 15-25%. At the same time, Adobe Analytics recorded a 1,200% rise in visits from generative AI to US retail sites between July 2024 and February 2025: if a site is named in the answer, its traffic grows.

2027-2028 forecast

McKinsey (October 2025) forecasts that by 2028 more than 75% of Google searches will come with an AI answer (today it's around half). At risk: 20 to 50% of traditional-search traffic for brands that don't show up in AI results. A brand's own site makes up just 5-10% of the sources AI builds its answer from.

There's a variable you can control here, though: the peer-reviewed GEO study (Aggarwal et al., KDD 2024 / arXiv:2311.09735) found that structured content with statistics, cited sources and clear facts can lift a source's visibility in generative-engine answers by up to 40%. That's exactly what our three services are about, whether you want diagnosis, direction or the full cycle.

Four languages, native content

We work in EN, UK, RU and PL, writing content in the market's own language rather than running it through machine translation. AI tools tend to lean on sources in the same language as the query: an answer to a Polish question is usually built from Polish sources.

So we build visibility for each market separately, instead of translating one text into four languages and hoping it lands.

A free mini-check on a call

Before you order anything, you can simply take a look. On a short call we run 2-3 of your real queries live across two engines and show whether AI names you today or names competitors instead. A person does this, not an automated checker: you see the actual answers and our read on them, with no report and no commitment.

How it plays out in practice: for one client, ChatGPT kept naming a competitor's outdated page on a core query instead of the current service. We traced the source, then fixed the data and markup on the site over a few days. It's a reproducible process, not a one-off trick.

How to choose

How do the audit, consulting and promotion differ?
The audit is a one-off diagnostic with a report and plan (where you stand now). Consulting is live expert direction: you do the work, we steer. Promotion is done-for-you: we handle content, technical work, mentions and monitoring. It's a ladder, you can start with the audit or consulting and move to promotion if you decide to delegate.
Where should I start?
If you don't know your position in AI, start with the audit: it gives you a baseline and priorities. If you already roughly understand the situation and want to act yourself, start with a consultation. Promotion makes sense after an audit, so we can show progress honestly.
How much does it cost?
The price for all three is on request: it depends on scope (number of queries, markets and languages, format and depth of work). Send a request, and after a couple of clarifying questions we'll quote a price and timeline for your task.
Do you guarantee placement in ChatGPT answers?
No, that honestly can't be guaranteed, and anyone promising a "guaranteed spot" usually uses spam that gets sites penalized. We measure the real picture and raise your chances with methods that hold up, showing progress in numbers.
Which languages and markets do you work in?
EN, UK, RU, PL, four languages and markets. We tailor the set of AI tools and queries to your audience, so the budget doesn't go to engines without your customers.
When can I expect first results?
For the audit, you get the report and plan within a single project, so the result is immediate. For promotion, a realistic horizon for visible shifts in AI answers is roughly 2-4 months: models don't refresh their indexes and knowledge instantly. What depends on your own site and markup changes fastest; mentions on third-party sites move slowest. Anyone promising a spot in ChatGPT within a week is either bluffing or using spam.
Which AI tools do you actually check, and why these?
We start with ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, where people genuinely ask "who should I pick" today. We tailor the exact set to your audience: there's no point paying for an engine your customers don't use. As an EU-registered company we focus on Google and the global AI tools rather than regional assistants. If a meaningful share of your customers sits on a specific platform, we factor that into the queries we run.
Can I see what the result looks like before paying?
Yes. On a call we can show an example: we run your query live in ChatGPT or Perplexity and you see what comes back, whether you're named or only competitors are. We'll also walk you through a sample report: the 5 visibility metrics, a map of which pages and sites get cited, and a prioritized plan. The key point is that it's reproducible, you can run the same queries yourself afterwards and see the same picture.
I have strong SEO and good Google rankings. Do I even need this?
Probably yes, and here's why. The criteria ChatGPT or Gemini use to decide who to name differ from how Google ranks pages, and authority in ordinary search doesn't carry over to AI tools automatically. A site can sit at the top of search results yet be absent from the AI answer, with a competitor named instead, one with a weaker site but better-structured content and mentions. The audit shows whether you land in the answers and whether anything actually needs changing.
What if an AI tool says something false about my company?
It's a real risk: models sometimes invent prices or services or mix up facts. In the audit we separately check whether AI tools describe your brand correctly and log every error. From there the order of action is clear: fix the markup and facts on your site, tidy up the data in authoritative sources, and give the models unambiguous signals. You can't fully insure against hallucinations, but cutting their frequency and correcting the worst distortions is a solvable problem.
Is there a minimum traffic level or a long contract to start?
No. We don't set a traffic bar and we don't take a cut of your revenue, something ad networks and some agencies often do. You can start with a one-off audit, no strings attached: you get the picture and a plan, then decide whether to act yourself, take consulting or delegate promotion month to month. There's no minimum annual contract.
Where is the data I share with you processed?
We're registered in Estonia as CyberLab.Team OÜ, so everything you hand over, AI queries, analytics, access credentials, your competitor list, is processed within the EU legal framework under GDPR, not under Russian or US rules. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request. For Russian-speaking businesses in Europe this is often a deal-breaker point, and almost no AI-visibility agency brings it up.
