Maps Management

Google Maps advertising for a local business

We check your Business Profile and ad account, set up the campaigns and run them every month. You see what the money bought: where the ads ran, what they cost and which calls and direction requests they brought.

From €75 a month, setup included in the first month

Google decides where an eligible ad appears. The same campaign can also show in Search and on other Google surfaces: advertising on Google Maps alone is not something Google sells.

What you get

Before we build anything, we look at the location you want to advertise and agree on what a useful inquiry means for your business.

A readiness check

We review the profile, the address or service area, the ad account and any past campaigns, and tell you what has to be fixed before launch.

Campaigns linked to your location

We link your Business Profile to Google Ads through location assets, so the ad can carry your address and lead people to directions or a call.

Ads written for your area

We prepare the ad text and images for the territory you serve and agree them with you before they go to Google for review.

A monthly report you can read

Spend, recorded actions and the changes we made, each labeled with its source. The report ends with one recommendation: keep, change or stop.

Plans and prices

Each plan covers one Google location and ads in one language. The plans differ in how many campaigns we run for you.

Discuss this plan

The advertising budget is not part of the plan. You pay it straight to Google through your own Google Ads account.

Need more locations, languages or campaigns? We quote them after a short look at your setup.

Already on the Pro profile management package? It includes Google Ads in one language. We check what it covers before suggesting extra campaigns, so you never pay twice for the same work. See the prices

What is included and what is separate

Included in every plan

  • Readiness check of the profile and the ad account
  • Campaign setup with location assets
  • Ad text and images for your area, agreed with you
  • Monthly review of spend, areas and search terms where Google shows them
  • Changes within the plan and a monthly report

Separate work, agreed in advance

  • Regular review replies, posts and other profile upkeep
  • Restoring a suspended profile or passing verification
  • Website SEO and a new landing page
  • Call tracking and CRM setup
  • Online store product feeds and Shopping campaigns

Your accounts stay yours

  • The Google Ads account and the Business Profile belong to you. We work through access you grant, never through your password.
  • The budget, the ads and the actions we count are agreed with you before launch.
  • If you stop, the campaigns, the history and the access stay in your account.

What we need from you

  • Confirm the business details and approve the ads before they go live.
  • Pay the ad budget to Google from your own account.
  • Tell us which calls and requests turned into real customers, so we can judge the campaigns by more than clicks.

Is this the right service?

Maps advertising suits a business with a real address or a service area that wants paid visibility nearby and can answer the inquiries it gets. For other tasks, start elsewhere.

No profile yet, or it needs fixing

Start with a one-time Business Profile setup. An ad needs a verified, accurate profile behind it.

Business Profile setup

You want the profile kept up to date

Posts, review replies and current details every month are profile management, not advertising.

Monthly profile management

You sell online and need Shopping ads

Product feeds and Shopping campaigns belong to e-commerce advertising.

Google Ads for online stores

You need search ads beyond your area

Campaigns for a wider market or a website without a local address go through general Google Ads.

How the work goes

  1. Step 1

    Check readiness

We review the profile, the access, the location, your goals and any campaigns you already run.

  2. Step 2

    Agree on the plan

We fix the campaigns, the budget, what we measure and what needs your approval.

  3. Step 3

    Build and launch

We set up the campaigns, send them to Google for review and check that they start serving after approval.

  4. Step 4

    Review every month

We look at the results, make the agreed changes and tell you what we suggest next.

Google's ad review and profile verification decide when ads can start. We agree on our own schedule separately and do not promise Google's timing.

What the monthly report shows

The report keeps three things apart: what the ads cost, what people did, and what turned into real inquiries.

Spend
Campaign spend for the period, in your account currency.
Where the ads ran
Google's own channel names. In Performance Max, the Maps channel can include Waze, and we say so.
Calls and directions
Each action counted separately. A tap on Call is not a finished conversation, and a direction request is not a visit.
Confirmed inquiries
Only the ones you confirm or your CRM records. Without that data the line says not set up.
Changes and next step
What we changed this month and what we recommend for the next one.

When a metric is not available, the report says so. We never fill a gap with an estimate.

Frequently asked questions

Can I advertise only on Google Maps?
No. Google does not sell Maps-only placement. An eligible local campaign can show on Maps, in Search and on other Google surfaces. We explain which campaign type suits you and what its report can and cannot show.
Is this the same as ranking higher on Maps?
No. This is paid advertising, marked as an ad. Your position in the free Maps results depends on the profile itself, and buying ads does not change it.
What is the difference between the three plans?
The number of campaigns we set up and run: one in Start, two in Business, three in Pro. Each plan covers one Google location and ads in one language.
Is the setup paid separately?
No. Setting up the campaigns in your plan is included in the first month's fee. The advertising budget is always separate and goes to Google.
How much should I spend on ads?
That depends on your area, your category and the competition. We discuss a starting budget during the readiness check, and you can change it later in your own account.
Do I need a website?
It depends on the campaign type and on where Google allows the ad to send people. We check what is available for your business before suggesting a setup and do not promise every format without a website.
What if my profile is unverified or suspended?
We look at the problem first. Verifying or restoring a profile is separate work, agreed before it starts, and nobody can promise Google's decision or its timing.
Can a business with a hidden address use this?
Often yes, if it has a correct service area. We check your category and Google's ad rules. We never publish a home address or invent a storefront to get an ad shown.
Do you guarantee calls or customers?
No. Results depend on demand, competition, budget, your offer and how quickly you answer. We agree on the work and how it is measured, not on a number of customers.
Will I see how many people visited my business?
Only if your account qualifies for Google's store visit reporting, which is modeled data. Direction requests are reported on their own and do not replace confirmed visits.
I already have the Pro profile package. Do I need this too?
Pro already includes Google Ads in one language. If you want more campaigns, we compare what Pro covers with what you need before quoting, so the same work is never billed twice.
What happens if I stop?
The paid campaigns stop serving when you pause them. The ad account, its history and the access stay with you.

Send a link to your Maps profile and tell us what kind of inquiries you want. We review the starting point and suggest a plan before you commit to anything.

Discuss Maps advertising

We work on Business Profiles under Google's rules for agencies. What to expect from an agency, Google explains in Tips for working with third parties to manage your Business Profile.
