Development

Website development for small businesses

We build business websites that explain what you sell and make it easy to contact you. The work starts with one question: what should a visitor do on the site? The format, the pages and the forms follow from the answer.

Price on request · reply within one working day

A site you can run yourself: the pages, working forms and a short guide to everyday edits.

An estimate you can read: design, content and integrations listed as separate lines.

Everything stays yours: the code, the domain and every account.

What you get

When the site goes live, you have:

  • A page map: what each page is for and where it sends the visitor.
  • Layouts that work on phones and desktops.
  • An editor for the content you change often: prices, news, team, contacts.
  • Forms that reach the right inbox or tool, tested before launch.
  • A launch checklist, a list of every account and access, and editing instructions.

We plan search and measurement before the layouts are approved, because that is the cheapest moment. Public pages get readable headings, metadata and a structure Google and AI search can follow. Google Ads landing pages and the GA4 events for inquiries are set up and checked before launch. Running campaigns and ongoing SEO are separate services.

What the cost depends on

We estimate from the page map and the features you need, and we tell you which parts are still unclear.

  • The type of site and what visitors must be able to do on it.
  • How many different page layouts the design needs.
  • Whether your texts and photos are ready.
  • The number of languages and how much content we enter.
  • Forms and connections to other tools, such as a CRM or a booking system.
  • Moving content and addresses from an old site.

Hosting, the domain and outside subscriptions are billed apart from our work. Before development starts, we confirm in writing what is included. If you ask for something new along the way, you get an updated estimate to approve first.

We answer every inquiry within one working day. The schedule depends on the scope, on when your materials are ready and on how fast you review.

The code is yours, and so are the domain, the hosting and every connected account. If the site uses licensed components, we list them and their terms at handoff. Our own specialists and contractors we have worked with take part as the site requires, and CyberLab answers for the result.

What is included and what is not

Included

  • Planning the pages, designing the interface and building the site.
  • Entering your approved texts and images on the pages we agreed.
  • The forms, search preparation and analytics setup in the estimate.
  • Testing the main visitor paths and showing your editors how to work with the site.

Not included

  • Writing or translating texts, and photography.
  • Features that were not in the approved scope.
  • Hosting and ongoing maintenance.
  • Google Ads management, ongoing SEO and AI visibility work.

When you need this

  • Customers keep asking basic questions that your site does not answer.
  • You have an offer ready but nowhere useful to send people.
  • The current site is hard to use on a phone or hard to update.
  • You want a new site but are not sure which pages and features you actually need.

How the work goes

What you have after each step

  1. Step 1. Decide what the site is for

You get a proposed format and a scope we can estimate. You bring your offer, your audience and the current site, if there is one. We separate what the site needs at launch from ideas for later.

  2. Step 2. Agree the pages and layouts

You get a page map and layouts to review. You send the business information and name one person who approves design and texts.

  3. Step 3. Build and test

You get a preview with real content and working forms. We check the forms, the phone layouts and the analytics events. You check the pages against the scope and confirm where inquiries should go.

  4. Step 4. Launch and hand over

You get the launch checklist, the code and editing instructions. You approve the launch and confirm that the accounts are in your name. Together we decide who looks after the site afterward.

How we can work together

Pick the form that fits the task. We suggest one after the first conversation.

  • Consultation or audit

For when you want a second opinion on a plan, a system or a quote before you commit. You get a written review with recommendations and an estimate of the next step.

  • Fixed-scope project

This works when the requirements can be written down before work starts. You get the agreed scope for the agreed price. Anything new goes through an updated estimate first.

  • Time and materials

For when the scope will change as you learn, as with research or a new product. You pay for the time spent, and we review the plan with you as the work goes.

  • Support after launch

Your system is already live and needs updates, fixes and monitoring. We agree a monthly arrangement and a list of what it covers.

Platforms and tools we work with

WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Joomla and October CMS. Custom sites on Laravel or Next.js.

We choose the platform from the task, and the list shows what we use most often.

Who this is for, and when it is too early

You are ready if you can explain your offer and have someone to approve texts and images. If you are testing one offer, a landing page may be enough.

If the site works and only a form is broken, a repair is enough. If the site has to cover several divisions, languages and editors, look at corporate website development. If you mainly sell products online, see e-commerce development.

A ready-made CMS or custom development?

OptionWhen it fitsWhat to settle first
A ready-made content management systemThe site mostly publishes pages and collects inquiriesHow your editors work and which extensions you need
Custom developmentA real business process cannot be handled well by an existing systemWhat exactly it must do and who will maintain it

We recommend one after reading your requirements. Custom work needs a concrete reason. A familiar CMS still needs setup, testing and someone responsible for it after launch.

Working with clients in other countries

  • Contract and NDA. You sign a contract with CyberLab.Team OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, before work starts. If you need an NDA, we sign it before you share confidential data.
  • Invoices in euros. We invoice in euros from an EU company with a VAT number.
  • Languages. We work in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish.
  • Calls and replies. We hold calls at hours agreed with you and reply to messages within one working day.

Frequently asked questions

Choosing the right site

How do I know which type of website I need?
Start with the one thing a visitor should do. A single offer may only need a landing page; several services usually need their own pages. If you sell products online, you need a catalog and checkout, which is a store.
What should I send for an estimate?
A short description of your offer, your audience and the features you need, plus a link to the current site and any materials you already have. If you do not know something yet, write it down as a question.
Can we keep parts of the existing site?
Yes, when they still fit. Before we suggest replacing anything, we check which texts and features can stay and which old addresses need to be kept or redirected.

Content and editing

Who writes the texts and provides the photos?
You do, unless we include content production in the estimate. We list what is missing during planning, so it does not turn up the week before launch.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes, for the content you change often. We set up the editor for it and show you how it works. Changes to the layout or to how the site behaves still need a developer.
Do I need to choose a CMS before contacting you?
No. Tell us who will edit the site and what it has to do, and we will suggest a system that fits.

Launch and marketing

Can the contact form send leads to our CRM?
Usually. We check the tool, the data you need and how it can be connected, and the estimate states what the connection does and where it stops.
Will the site be ready for marketing at launch?
Yes, for the parts in the estimate: a page structure for SEO and AI search, landing pages for Google Ads and GA4 tracking of inquiries. Rankings and campaigns need ongoing work, which is a separate service.
How do you check the finished site?
We go through the main visitor paths, send test inquiries, try the editor and look at every page on a phone and a desktop. Anything left open goes on a list before you approve the launch.

Budget and handover

How much does a website cost?
Price on request, because the number of layouts, the state of your content and the integrations change it a lot. You get an estimate after the first conversation.
How long does a website take to build?
That depends on the size of the site, on when your materials are ready and on how fast you review. We set the schedule once those are clear.
Who owns the site, and who maintains it?
You own the code and every account. Licensed components keep their own terms, and we list them. Maintenance after launch is agreed separately, so it is clear who does what.
