For companies with several locations

One manager for every location of your company on Google Maps

Each branch has its own Business Profile, and each one needs the same care as a single location. Your manager keeps names, categories and hours consistent across the network and does the monthly work location by location.

The first review is free. A manager replies within one business day.

What goes wrong in a network

Branches drift apart

One branch updates its hours, another changes its category, a third still shows an old phone number. Customers compare branches, and so does Google.

Access is scattered

Profiles were created by different people over the years, and some still sit in the personal accounts of employees who have left.

Nobody sees the whole network

Reviews, edits by others and suspensions happen branch by branch, and head office hears about them late.

How we look after a network

A package for each location

Each location has its own package and its own monthly report. A busy flagship can be on Business while a quiet branch stays on Start.

One manager for the company

One manager looks after all your locations, so the network has one person who knows the whole picture.

One agreed record of the data

Names, categories and hours are agreed once and checked on every profile. Hours differ only where branches really keep different hours.

Shared access through a business group

If your profiles sit in a business group, which Google describes as a shared folder for profiles, the manager can be added to the group once instead of to each profile.

Who does what

What the manager does

  • Lists every location, its profile, its owner and any duplicates
  • Keeps names, categories and hours in line with the agreed record
  • Prepares posts and review replies separately for each location
  • Sends a monthly report for each location

What head office decides

  • Network-wide decisions on names, categories and offers
  • Which locations go into the service, and on which package
  • Access to the profiles, granted from the company’s owner account

A package for each location

Each location is served on its own package, chosen for the work it needs, and billed separately. You can start with one location and add the others later. The terms for several locations are agreed individually.

Only one location?

A single profile needs the same care, without the work of keeping branches in line.

Frequently asked questions

Do all our locations have to be on the same package?
No. Each location has its own package, chosen for the work it needs, and different locations of one company can be on different packages. A location can move to another package from the next service period.
Can we start with a few locations and add the rest later?
Yes. You can start with one location or a few and add the others when you are ready. Work on a new branch starts once its profile is verified and the manager has access to it.
How is the price for several locations set?
The published price is for one location per month. The terms for several locations are agreed individually with your manager, based on the list of locations and the work each one needs.
Who in our company should grant the manager access?
Whoever holds the owner role on the profiles, ideally a company account rather than the personal login of a branch employee. If the profiles sit in a business group, the manager can be added to the group once. Ownership stays with the company.

We work on Business Profiles under Google's rules for agencies. What to expect from an agency, Google explains in Tips for working with third parties to manage your Business Profile.
