Pro includes everything in Business and adds Google Ads. Consider it when you are ready to fund an advertising budget.

Frequently asked questions
How much of my time does the service take?
The manager writes in the dashboard chat when a fact or a decision of yours is needed, for example new holiday hours or a reply to a difficult complaint. The rest of the monthly work is prepared and done without you.
Will the manager change anything on the profile without asking me?
The work agreed in your package, such as posts and ordinary review replies, goes ahead as agreed. Changes to the business name, the category or the address, and replies to difficult complaints, wait for your approval.
Can I start on Start and move to Business later?
Yes. A location can move to another package from the next service period. The manager tells you when the work on the profile has outgrown Start, and the choice stays with you.
Does the profile stay mine?
Yes. The profile belongs to your business, and the manager works through a separate access role. You can remove that access at any time, and your Google password never changes hands.
