Nobody tells you what is missing

Google does not flag an empty description or a missing secondary category. During the package check your manager goes through the profile field by field and lists what to fix.

What the manager does

  • Checks the profile as part of the package: the monthly check on Start, the weekly control on Pro, the monthly optimisation work on Growth, and records what needs attention.
  • Prepares an edit bundle: an agreed set of changes to the profile data, within the number of bundles your package includes.
  • Applies the agreed changes in the Business Profile and notes them in the cabinet history.
  • Reports in the monthly report what was changed and what is recommended next.

What stays with you

  • Ownership of the Business Profile and the right to grant or withdraw the team's access.
  • The full history of changes in the cabinet, per location.
  • The right to pause any publishing or change at any moment.

Limits and honesty

We keep the data correct and complete; we do not promise that a corrected profile will rank higher. Verification and eligibility rules belong to Google. Where a profile cannot be verified or a category is not available, the manager says so instead of working around the rules.

What is an edit bundle? +
An agreed set of changes to the profile data, for example updating hours, the description and two attributes in one go. The exact composition is agreed with your manager; the number of bundles per month depends on the package.
Which fields does the manager look after? +
The core fields of a Google Business Profile: name, categories, address and service area, hours, phone, website, description, attributes, services and photos you provide.
Will anything change without my knowledge? +
No. The work follows the strategy and permissions agreed at the start; every change is recorded in the cabinet history, and you can pause changes at any time.
Do I have to prepare anything? +
Only what the team cannot know without you: current hours, phone numbers, photos, the services you offer. Your manager asks for it in the cabinet chat.
