Reviews

Reviews answered by a person who knows your business

New reviews of each serviced location get a reply from your manager, in the tone agreed with you, within the monthly limit of the package. Sensitive cases are agreed with you first.

Reviews pile up unanswered

An unanswered review looks like an absent owner. The manager checks new reviews as part of the service and replies within the package limit.

Every reply from a blank page

Tone and typical situations are agreed once; after that, replies are consistent across locations and months.

Negative reviews are stressful

Negative or disputed reviews are discussed with you in the cabinet chat before a reply is published.

What the manager does

  • Agrees the tone and the rules for typical situations with you at the start.
  • Replies to new reviews within the monthly number of the package.
  • Brings negative and contested cases to you in the cabinet chat before replying.
  • Records every published reply in the cabinet history and the monthly report.

What stays with you

  • The final word on any reply you want to see before it goes out.
  • Your rules: what the team may promise a customer and what it may not.
  • The full history of replies in the cabinet.

Limits and honesty

We do not ask only happy customers for reviews, do not buy or remove reviews, and cannot delete a review, only Google can. Disputed reviews can be reported through Google's own process; the outcome belongs to Google.

Frequently asked questions

How many replies a month are included? +
The number differs by package and is listed in the comparison table on the pricing page, per serviced location per monthly service period. Reviews beyond the limit wait for the next period or a higher package.
Will you filter negative reviews? +
No. Review gating (asking only satisfied customers for reviews) violates Google's policy and risks your profile. We reply to negative reviews after agreeing the approach with you.
Can you remove a bad review? +
No one can except Google. If a review breaks Google's rules, the manager helps you report it through the official process; the decision is Google's.
In which languages do you reply? +
In the language agreed for the location, usually the language your customers write in. Tell your manager at the start.

Tell us about your locations. We will suggest a package for each.

Send the number of locations and a few words about the business. A manager replies within two business days with a package recommendation and a preliminary estimate.
