  • Answers questions in the cabinet chat within the first-response time of the package.

Limits and honesty

Reports describe the work done and the state of the profile as Google shows it. We do not compare you with other clients, do not invent benchmarks, and do not present Google's statistics as the result of our work.

What is in the basic and the extended report? +
The basic report lists the work done for the location in the period and what is recommended next. The extended report adds the state of the profile, the content and review activity, and a snapshot of the competitive environment.
Where do I see invoices? +
In the cabinet, under documents, one monthly invoice for all serviced locations of the company, with the payment history.
Can my colleagues use the cabinet? +
Yes. The cabinet is for your company, and you decide who from your side takes part. Changes to packages are confirmed by your authorised representative.
Does the cabinet cost anything? +
No. Nothing in the cabinet is paid for separately; you pay only the monthly service packages of serviced locations.
